As a single owner-operator, Brian is selective in the number of custom home projects he undertakes in order to offer the daily on-site, direct supervision and communication that a custom home requires. From groundbreaking and foundation work down to the last-minute paint touch-ups, Brian is on site every day to ensure that the home is being built exactly to the client’s specifications. He is available to the client at every step of the process, including accompanying the client to vendors and suppliers during the selection processes.

Brian Cronin founded Cronin Builders in 2003. Prior to starting his own home-building business, Brian was an attorney and is still currently licensed by the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, and is also registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission.
